Commercial Industrial Manufacturing Ltd. “CIM“ is a family owned and operated metal fabricating business, specializing in both commercial and agricultural products.  Owners, Henry Hauber and Allan Hauber started CIM in 1985 out of a 8400 sq ft building in Humboldt, SK producing many of its primary products which are still made today.  In 1992 Coil Tech Industries was started, fabricating harrow tines and other formed spring wire products.  Western Industries Ltd was purchased in 1994 providing an additional 9500 sq-ft of fabrication, painting and installation space.  CIM amalgamated Western Industries in 2008 and both were relocated to our new facility at 2210 - 4^TH Avenue in Humboldt, SK.  This Facility offers nearly 44,000 sq-ft of office and production space. Together with Coil Tech we now have approximately 52,000 sq-ft of production space and employ 40 full time employees. With the additional space and modern facility we are able to refine and build a diversified product line and continue to create new items through our product development program.
